It was currently unknown when ObliviousHD would continue working on the production of The Bacon Hair 4, but in March 2022, Youtuber Chizeled managed to get in touch with him and confirmed that Matt is doing well.
2023
The movie was delayed, starting to become a part of Development Hell.
2024
Later on, it was revealed by EnderFred (and ForeverHD privately) on Twitter of Matt's lack of interest in creating Roblox Films and wanted to focus more on his personal life as the movie remained delayed as of 2024.
2025
After a while, the ObliviousHD Roblox Group's description was changed by Matt and announced his return for 2025. It is confirmed that he plans to come back to creating Roblox movies as the movie's soundtrack playlist was recently set to private which could potentially be a sign of it's development being presently resumed.
