The first time we saw him was when he began to communicate with Emily when she was still reading in the classroom at night. They were talking about The Legend of Guest 666.
After Veronica's accident. He didn't jump to conclusions directly instead of saying Emily was the murderer. Emily's classmates were blaming her, saying she murdered Veronica when suddenly he stopped them.
